
August 3, 2026, at 1545hrs (Jakarta local time), Government Spokesperson Rachada Dhnadirek disclosed that Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anutin Charnvirakul, together with members of the cabinet, namely, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sihasak Phuangketkeow, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Commerce Suphajee Suthumpun, Minister of Defense Lieutenant General Adul Boonthumjaroen, Minister of Education Prasert Jantararuangtong, and Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives Watcharaphon Khaokham, arrived at the Halim Perdanakusuma Airport in Jakarta to commence an official visit to the Republic of Indonesia during August 3-4, 2026 upon an invitation of Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto. The Prime Minister was welcomed by Indonesia's Coordinating Minister for Political and Security Affairs Djamari Chaniago, as Minister-in-attendance, H.E. Mr. Hari Prabowo, Ambassador of Indonesia to Thailand, and H.E. Prapan Disyatat, the Thai Ambassador to the Republic of Indonesia.
Upon arrival, he will attend an official welcoming ceremony, and later, a plenary meeting with the Indonesian President at the Presidential Residence to discuss reinforcing strategic partnership between Thailand and Indonesia.
