April 6, 2026, at 1430hrs, in front of the Thai Khu Fah Building, Government House, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anutin Charnvirakul led members of the new cabinet to take group photos before leaving the Government House to pay a courtesy call on His Majesty the King and Her Majesty the Queen for the oath taking ceremony at 1900hrs.

The new cabinet, then, had its special meeting to discuss procedures for cabinet meetings; guidelines for proposal of matters to the cabinet; preparation of the cabinet’s delivery of policy directives to the Parliament; and the appointment of political officials.
