PM hopes Constitutional Court April 3, 2014, 1300hrs in Suphan Buri province, Prime Minister and Defense Minister Yingluck Shinawatra gave an interview on the Constitutional Court’s agreement to consider petition on the termination of ministership and premiership of PM Yingluck in accordance with Article 182 (7) and Article 268, following the Supreme Administrative Court’s ruling on Mr. Thawil Pleansri’s reinstatement as Secretary-General of National Security Council (NSC) since the transfer was done in an unlawful manner. According to PM Yingluck, she hoped the Constitutional Court would consider her case on the same standard applied to other politicians in previous cases, and insisted that her order to transfer Mr. Thawil was done according to the legal process.

PM visits Supan Buri’s Bung Ch April 3, 2014, at 1030hrs, Supan Buri province, Prime Minister and Defense Minister Yingluck Shinawatra and delegation including Deputy PM Plodprasop Surasawadee, Deputy PM and Agriculture and Cooperatives Minister Yukol Limlaemthong, PM’s Office Minister and Agriculture and Cooperatives Deputy Minister Varathep Ratanakorn, and Irrigation Department General Director Lertviroj Kowattana, visited Bung Chawak Aquarium, Dermbang Nangbuat district, Supan Buri province to follow up on the development of the tourist spot which is also Supan Buri’s knowledge center for inland fisheries. PM Yingluck was welcomed by Chief Advisor of Chart Thai Pattana’s leader Banharn Silapa-archa and concerned officials. She visited 3 aquarium buildings which house inland and sea fishes, and was briefed on the implementation and operation of the Bung Chawak Aquarium.

PM calls for all groups to avo April 1, 2014, at 1300hrs, at the Royal Police Cadet Academy, Sampran, Nakhon Pathom, Prime Minister and Defense Minister Yingluck Shinawatra revealed about her appearance before the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) to defend herself against the charge related to the rice pledging scheme that she called on the NACC to question more witnesses and requested for the extension of deadline to submit additional documents since the NACC’s notification was only 15 days in advance. She hoped the NACC would consider her requests with fairness.
